We are looking for an IT-Help Desk employee for our team. The Ixolit GmbH is dynamic, modern and combines work pleasure with professional challenge.
- Dutch in spoken and written
- Second language German or English
- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service is advantageous
- Internet affin or IT knowledge is advantageous
- Communicative, reliable and customer-oriented
- Quick comprehension and independent working style
- Availability for shift work incl. bank holidays and weekends
- Answering customer inquiries via e-mail
- Information and advice on products and services
- Handling complaints and minor translation work
- Adequate remuneration
- Friendly and open working environment in a well-connected modern office in the center of Vienna

- Minimum annual salary of 26.000 EUR gross per year
- Depending on personal experience and qualification overpayment is possible
