We are looking for an IT-Help Desk employee for our team. The Ixolit GmbH is dynamic, modern and combines work pleasure with professional challenge.

Your profile:

  • Dutch in spoken and written
  • Second language German or English
  • 1 - 2 years experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Internet affin or IT knowledge is advantageous
  • Teamplayer
  • Communicative, reliable and customer-oriented
  • Quick comprehension and independent working style
  • Availability for shift work incl. bank holidays and weekends

Your responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via e-mail
  • Information and advice on products and services
  • Handling complaints and minor translation work
