Head of Marketing & Sales (m/w)

The IXOLIT Group is looking for assistance in enlarging the global footprint of one of its core products (ixopay.com) and is looking for a Head of Marketing & Sales.
We are looking for someone to streamline and optimize processes, evaluate existing and suggest new tools and to coordinate and lead the existing marketing and sales teams.

Construct and execute sales and marketing strategy, reporting directly to C-Level executive management and meet pre-defined revenue goals.
Achieving revenue goals while increasing revenue with existing clients, and recruiting new ones. Full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing new deals and managing long term relationships with key clients. Oversee marketing, sales and advertising teams, hire new staff as well as recruit internally from other departments.
Be responsible for the continuous improvement and production of both copy and graphical material, ensuring highest lead conversion rates while maintaining CI. Provide feedback to the product and revenue departments to maintain competitive advantages.
Be an active participant of the complete sales cycle, hold webinars, product trainings, sales calls and pitches and decide autonomously when input from engineering or management will have the highest impact. Work with all departments to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities and to get the relevant information for all aspects of the job description.

We expect

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS or other digital products
  • Proven B2B marketing track record including a strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
  • Proven experience in digital marketing techniques (Landing Pages, keywords, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing Best Practices
  • Knowledge of the Online Payment Landscape
  • Existing Network of Contacts in the Startup or Corporate market segments, ideally in the areas of Fraud & Risk Analysis, Payments and Compliance.
  • Ideally Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management;
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience and track record in leading sales and marketing activities and teams
  • Absolutely fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, with every further language being an advantage
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills to Senior Leadership level;
  • A natural hunter with strong interpersonal skills, excellent business sense, and a results-oriented approach
  • Desire to build and lead a team (management experience)

Interested? This position includes a fair salary, which may exceed the collective agreement of at least EUR 54,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and motivation. This position is open to candidates from all over the world.
